Community Guidelines

Fachat works when two strangers can relax for a few minutes. Everything below is here to keep it that way. The rules cover each call, each message and each profile on fachat.cam.

1. Adults only

Everyone using the site must be 18 or older. Do not appear on camera with a minor, and do not use the site on behalf of one. If you meet someone who seems to be under age, end the call and report it.

2. Treat the other person as a person

No harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.
No hate speech or slurs about race, religion, nationality, gender, orientation, disability or appearance.
No pressuring someone to do or show something after they have said no.

3. Keep it consensual and legal

Do not expose anyone to explicit content they did not ask to see.
Never share content that exploits or endangers minors. Cases like this are passed to the authorities.
No violence, self-harm, weapons displays or illegal drug activity on camera.
Follow the law that applies where you are.

4. No scams, no selling

No requests for cash, gift cards, crypto or account details from the people you meet.
Do not advertise outside sites, apps, channels or services.
Do not send links.
Do not impersonate another person, a company or Fachat staff.

5. Respect privacy

Do not capture, screenshot or redistribute a call without clear permission.
Do not share someone else's personal information.
Do not try to work out where a person lives or works.

6. Play fair with the system

One person per account. No bots, scripts or fake camera feeds.
Do not try to manipulate matching, the Reward Center or coin balances.
Do not evade a block or a ban by creating new sessions.

7. Reporting and what follows

Use Report in the menu on a person's profile to flag a breach. Choose the reason that fits and describe what happened. Depending on severity and history, the outcome can range from a warning to permanent closure. Blocking is always available if you simply do not want to meet someone again.
